This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with real people, understanding their individual challenges and supporting them over the long term.

You will have the freedom to operate your own PT business while receiving practical mentoring, onboarding and business-development support.

What you will do





You will provide personalised training, design programs and help clients build confidence, consistency and sustainable habits.

You will also spend time connecting with members, conducting consultations and contributing positively to the club setting.

You do not need to arrive with a full client book. You do need to be prepared to become visible, start conversations and provide a service people want to recommend.

What we are looking for
Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or current enrolment
First Aid and CPR, or ability to obtain them
A warm and confident communication style
Reliability, empathy and strong follow-through
A desire to build a sustainable local business
