About the role
As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to our leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables organisational performance.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, People & Operations, you'll partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle; from attracting exceptional talent through to performance, employee relations, leadership coaching, organisational development and culture.




This is a wide-ranging role where you'll balance strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery, helping leaders navigate people matters while continuously improving our people practices, systems and employee experience.
This contract term is approximately 6-8 months and is available 3 days per week (flexible with days, 0.6 FTE).
This role is also hybrid with the ability to primarily WFH.
About You
Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
Formal Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations and HR best practice.
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
