About the Role
Lead Educator (Diploma Qualified)
Permanent Part time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
In this role you will:
Lead a welcoming, engaging and inspiring learning environment.
Design meaningful educational programs based on children's interests and development.
Foster children's confidence, independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families and your team.
Mentor and support fellow educators to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and service policies.
Contribute to a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and respected.
About You




We're looking for someone who brings both heart and professionalism to their work.
You'll have:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
A genuine passion for inspiring young children and supporting their development.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and current legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Availability to work within our operating hours of6:15am–6:15pm.
