Astill’s Electrical is growing across South East Queensland, and we’re looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our Brisbane team.

You’ll join an established Queensland electrical contractor with a solid pipeline of work, quality systems, experienced operational support and genuine opportunities to progress as our Brisbane operations grow.

$60–$70 per hour + super, depending on experience and capability
$2,000 sign-on bonus

THE ROLE

You’ll work across solar, battery and electrical projects throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland, including:
Residential and commercial solar installations




Battery energy storage systems
Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical works
Testing, commissioning and fault finding
Solar maintenance, diagnostics and rectification works
Leading installations and supporting apprentices and trades assistants
Communicating professionally with customers and project teams
Delivering protected, productive and high-quality workmanship

ABOUT YOU

You’ll ideally have:
Queensland Electrical Licence
Current CPR/LVR and Construction White Card
Demonstrated solar installation experience
SAA Solar accreditation
Battery accreditation highly regarded
Strong technical and fault-finding capability
High standards of workmanship and safety
The ability to take ownership of jobs and solve problems
A professional approach with customers and your team
