About the Role
Join an established roofing team working on diverse projects across the region. We are looking for two motivated individuals: a 1st Year Apprentice ready to kickstart their career with no prior experience needed, and a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice looking to finish their trade in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

1st Year: Learn the fundamentals of sheet metal roofing, including handling tools, site setup, and assisting with the installation of gutters, downpipes, and flashings whilst also attending TAFE to complete on the book's training.

3rd/4th Year: Take on more complex tasks such as installing roof sheeting, wall cladding, and complex flashings with minimal supervision, while mentoring junior apprentices.

Work safely at heights and adhere to all WHS requirements on residential and commercial sites.

Assist in fabricating and installing roof drainage systems and rainwater products.





What We’re Looking For

1st Year: A positive "can-do" attitude, physical fitness, and a genuine interest in hands-on trade work.

4th Year: Demonstrated experience in metal roofing, proficiency with power tools, and the ability to read and interpret building plans.

Both: Reliable transport/own vehicle (Current Driver’s Licence a must) and a valid White Card (Construction Induction) as well as a Working at Heights Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to completing your Certificate III in Roof Plumbing.
