Overview of the Role




We currently have exciting opportunities available for a parts interpreter / clerk to work alongside our Parts team in Smeaton Grange.
The successful applicants must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
Reporting to the Parts Manager your day to day duties include:
Greeting and serving customers
Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
Face to Face and phone enquiries.
Supply general advice/quotations – parts interpreting
Following up customer requirements
Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate
Utilising our internal computer system
Follow all internal processes and procedures
The Successful Applicant Must have:
The ability to multi-task
Work together as a team
Dispute resolution skills
The ability to think on your feet
Strong organisational skills
