This is a consulting role where your ability to influence senior leaders is just as important as your technical expertise.
We're interested in people who have:
Experience within a leading consulting or advisory organisation
Delivered Finance Transformation programs from strategy through implementation
Worked directly with CFOs and executive stakeholders
Solid workshop facilitation and presentation skills
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
Experience across SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan or similar finance technologies
CA or CPA qualifications (highly regarded)
Experience developing finance operating models and transformation roadmaps
You'll thrive if you enjoy:

Working with executive leadership teams
Designing future-state finance organisations
Leading workshops and influencing decisions
Delivering meaningful organisational change
