Position:Delivery —Truck Driver
Responsibilities
Safe Delivery:Ensure timely and secure delivery of our kitchen and joinery products to various destinations, maintaining the quality and integrity of the goods.
Load & Unload:Safely load and unload kitchen components and cabinets by hand, ensuring products remain undamaged during transit.
Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance of the delivery truck to ensure safe operations.
Communication:Regularly update the dispatch and logistics team about delivery status, potential delays, or any on-road issues.
Route Planning:Use GPS and other routing systems to plan the most efficient delivery routes.
Documentation:Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, including signatures, times,



and any special instructions or issues.
Customer Service:Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience driving trucks or similar vehicles.
Ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Furniture Delivery or Removalist experienced Preferred
