Job responsibilities
Maintain infection prevention practices and protected medication administration standards.
Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
Perform focused reassessments and upscale concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
