Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse with a solid background in Mental Health Case Management to support a community-based service in Central Queensland. This contract role runs Monday to Friday with a focus on high-quality care across rural and regional communities.
You will assess, treat, provide crisis intervention and manage cases within a multidisciplinary Mental Health team across adult, youth, acute care and AOD services.
