social team culture with celebrations and eventsAbout the roleYou'll deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy with the support of a genuinely collaborative MDT.Your caseload can include (and be tailored to your interests):Ages 0–30NDIS + private clientsPresentations including Autism, ADHD, GDD, language delay, anxiety, CP, Down Syndrome, complex communication, and moreOpportunities to support AAC, social communication, literacy, language and play-based therapyOptional school-based work if desiredWhat you'll be doingSpeech pathology assessments, reports, goal setting and therapyDelivering play-based, relationship-focused interventionsLiaising with families, educators and other stakeholdersContributing to team-based care alongside Speech Pathologists + Occupational TherapistsEngaging in community projects (optional)Requirements/SkillsTertiary qualification in Speech PathologySPA membershipUnrestricted Australian Working RightsWorking With Children CheckAdditional informationWeekly team meetings with discussions around complex casesBrand-current clinic with an incredible sensory room and resourcesExtensive induction + gradual ramp-up of daily clients
