The role focuses on leading Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) across multiple jurisdictions with a national remit and travel as needed.You will negotiate, strategise and implement EBAs, while providing IR/ER guidance to senior leaders and unions.
Ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney, with flexibility in how hours are structured.
