YAMHS is a standalone Aboriginal Mental Health specialty service delivering culturally grounded care across the Hunter Recent England district. This role focuses on transition of care, culturally informed assessments and coordinated group programs to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
You will work with Aboriginal clinicians and SEWB teams, delivering healing supports and partnerships with communities to improve wellbeing and engagement in mental health services.
