Regional Manager
to lead a high-performing network of stores. This is a pivotal
operational
leadership role, driving performance, culture, safety and customer excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Branches Managers to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets
Implement business plans and drive operational improvements across all branches
Analyse branch and management performance, identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
Build robust customer relationships, ensuring service levels exceed expectations
Work with branch managers across recruitment, training, performance management and team development
Conduct branch reviews and manage budgets, reporting, pricing reviews, stocktakes and administrative processes
About you
Strong experience in multi-site leadership within automotive, trade, industrial or similar environments




Proven ability to analyse and deliver financial results across a multi-site operations
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, profitability and operational discipline
Dynamic communication skills with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to influence and motivate teams
High level of initiative, urgency and accountability
