Desirable Qualifications
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
Experience or training in dementia care, diabetes management, personal care support, and/or supporting people with ASD or intellectual disability will be highly regarded.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
Candidates would preferably have Australian permanent residency or citizenship to be eligible for this position.

Supporting people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds
Providing respectful personal care and daily living support
Implementing behaviour support strategies with guidance from our therapy team
Helping clients build independence, confidence and connection
Being part of a team that asks "What one problem can we fix this month?"

NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid, Police Check and Driver's Licence
