Senior Garden Maintenance Team Member
What You'll Be Doing
You'll spend your days making Sydney greener, tidier and a little more beautiful by:
Mowing lawns (yes, the lines matter!)
Edging, pruning, hedging and giving gardens a fresh new look
Weeding, mulching and keeping gardens healthy
Assisting with new garden installations and landscape maintenance
Safely operating a range of gardening equipment and machinery
Providing friendly, professional service to our clients
Working with a great team that enjoys getting the job done properly
Following workplace health and safety procedures (because fingers are practical)
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know every plant in the Southern Hemisphere, but you should have:
2 years' plus experience in professional garden maintenance or landscaping
A strong work ethic and attention to detail




Good physical fitness—you'll definitely get your steps in!
A current Australian C Class driver's licence (manual driving experience is a bonus)
Great communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Reliability—we love surprises in gardens, not on the roster
