Luxe Care is seeking a motivated, self-directed Care Manager (RN) to lead care delivery for clients across Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. You will oversee planning, coordination and ongoing management of care in partnership with our rostering and client liaison teams, guiding nurses and carers to high standards of service.
This full time role requires current AHPRA registration (Division 1), NDIS screening, WWCC and Level 2 First Aid.
