What you'll do
Join our
Bridgewater team in Tasmania
and take the next step in your agronomy career, building trusted relationships with local growers and delivering practical on-farm advice across the region. This role offers the prospect to
relocate from Gippsland
to a thriving agricultural community, with relocation support available to help make the move seamless. Working closely with customers, you'll identify growth opportunities, provide after-sales support and contribute to branch performance through forecasting, planning and delivering tailored agronomic solutions.
Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales support
Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio
Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practice
Support branch performance through forecasting, budgeting inputs.
What you'll bring
Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience




Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams
Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes
Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
