Woden Community Service (WCS) in Canberra is seeking an Outreach Worker for the Transition to Recovery (TRec) program.
You will provide adaptable, person-centred outreach support to adults experiencing mental illness for up to 12 weeks, helping them rebuild skills, confidence and community connections.
