About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the growing team on a permanent, Full time basis.
Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the business and support the team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the Ashfield/Enfield office's, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain client databases and office records.
Assist with social media and marketing content.
Prepare marketing materials and property documentation.
Support day-to-day office operations and team activities.
Learn and use internal systems to support business operations.
About you
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right person.
