BCF, a part of the Super Retail Group, seeks a Fitment Sales Representative to lead a current 4WD & fitment concept at the Cannington store. You will run a "store within a store" blending retail leadership with deep 4WD product knowledge to deliver expert advice and drive sales.
You'll manage a consultative sales process, coordinate installation, and coach the store team in 4WD fitment solutions, taking ownership of performance and customer experience.
