About the role
This isn't your typical clinic-based position. As an Onsite Physiotherapist, you'll work directly within workplaces, helping to prevent injuries and support employees to stay confident, capable,



and safe at work.
You'll be seen as a trusted health partner, not just a treatment provider.
What your day might look like
Delivering early intervention physiotherapy onsite
Building strong, genuine relationships in the workplace
Conducting ergonomic and manual handling assessments
Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy work habits
Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing
Potential occasional work-from-home to support our triage service
What you'll bring
Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
At least 1 year of musculoskeletal experience, either private practice or onsite
Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach
Full working rights in Australia
Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
