You'll oversee a local commercial and industrial portfolio of around 80 properties, working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager.
This role offers hands‐on involvement in all aspects of commercial property management – without the overload.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio (approx. 100 properties to start)
Coordinate lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
No trust accounting or arrears management

About You
Must have commercial property management experience
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Professional, proactive, and collaborative
