This role is based in our Sydney showroom and suits someone confident working independently while staying closely connected with our Melbourne team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be styling modern brides, managing fittings, and delivering a thoughtful and elevated showroom experience.
2-3 days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays
Part-time position with commission on sales
Work independently in a beautifully designed showroom environment
Ideal for someone self-motivated who enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of their space
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver warm, personalised styling appointments for each client
Guide brides through their fittings with care, empathy, and confidence
Use Monday.com to manage client orders and notes
Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and aligned with the Lola Varma aesthetic
Keep samples and stock organised and in excellent condition
Communicate clearly with our Melbourne atelier and production team
Share in the joy, energy, and emotion of the bridal journey
