Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join their Sydney team.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.
Working across Australia and New Zealand, you'll identify and engage new clients, develop strategic partnerships and introduce organisations to world-class healthcare market research solutions. Working closely with internal research and project teams, you'll take a consultative approach to understanding client challenges and recommending tailored fieldwork and data collection solutions that deliver real commercial value.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify,



engage and convert new clients within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and market research sectors.
Build a robust pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals and strategic outreach.
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding their research needs and positioning tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals and advise clients on the most appropriate research and fieldwork approach.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts through effective CRM management.
Partner with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events and thought leadership initiatives.
Represent the business at industry events and stay across emerging market trends and opportunities.
About You
B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
Experience selling within market research, insights, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information services or a related industry would be highly regarded.
Confident prospecting, opening new conversations and developing opportunities from scratch.
A natural relationship builder with the credibility to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Commercially curious, resilient and motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets.
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with strong pipeline management skills.
