Lead Project Manager (Health Manager Lvl 4) - Strategy and Innovation - Perm FT
You are an experienced project leader who thrives on delivering meaningful change and transforming strategic priorities into practical outcomes that enhance the experiences of patients, staff and communities. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you have a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You are an exceptional communicator and active listener, skilled in building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively with executives, clinicians, external partners and community stakeholders. A confident and supportive leader, you are passionate about mentoring others, fostering a collaborative team culture and guiding individuals and teams through change and innovation. You bring relevant qualifications and experience in project management, health, policy or a related field, together with strong expertise in governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of complex initiatives from planning through to implementation.

Relevant qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. project management, public policy, health administration) and/or equivalent professional experience in delivering strategic or health-related projects in a complex organisational setting.

the key stakeholders involved, your approach to governance and stakeholder management, the most significant challenges you encountered, and the outcomes achieved.
Describe a situation where you were required to analyse complex information, balance competing priorities and provide advice or recommendations to senior leaders. What was your approach, how did you influence decision‐making, and what was the outcome?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
