What You'll Be Doing
As a Spare Parts Interpreter Apprentice, you'll develop practical skills by:
Assisting customers and technicians with spare parts enquiries.
Identifying and ordering the correct vehicle parts using electronic catalogues.
Picking, packing and dispatching automotive parts.
Processing customer orders and payments.
Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
Maintaining organised displays and storage areas.
Learning about vehicle components, systems and genuine automotive parts.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer‐focused and eager to learn.
To be successful, you'll have:
A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to work well within a team.
A driver's licence (or working towards obtaining one) is preferred but not essential.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be eligible for this apprenticeship.
