You'll use your clinical expertise and communication skills to assess, plan, and deliver tailored support that promotes wellbeing and successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conductingworkplace rehabilitation assessmentsand developing individualised return-to-work plans
Collaborating withemployers, insurers, and healthcare professionalsto coordinate recovery goals
Providing guidance, education, and motivation to clients navigating the return-to-work process
Identifying barriers to recovery and implementing practical, person-centred solutions
Conductingfunctional, ergonomic, and vocational assessmentsas required
Promoting workplace safety, inclusion, and long-term resilience through proactive recommendations

About You:
To be successful in this position, you'll bring:
A tertiary qualification inOccupational TherapyorExercise Physiology
CurrentAHPRAorESSAregistration
Full Australian working rightsand acurrent Driver's Licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A compassionate and proactive approach to client care
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
