An prospect has become available for anAdministration Officer (Child and Youth Mental Health Services)to joinGold Coast Health(GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will:
Provide effective and co-operative communications by responding appropriately to customer enquiries
Admit, discharge and transfer patients or consumers to and from the unit
Answer the telephone, note and forward messages and use the Outlook email system
Accurately enter data into various systems including inputting patient information into Hospital Based Computer Information System
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
