Business Services Accountant - Junior Manager| WFH opportunity

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Chartered Accounting firm that delivers a full suite of accounting and advisory services to a broad client base, including family groups, partnerships, privately owned businesses and ASX-listed companies. As the firm continues to experience strong growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Services Manager to join their expanding team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor and develop a team of junior accountants
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Review and prepare complex income tax returns
Review BAS, IAS and financial statements
Prepare budgets,



cash flow forecasts, management reports and business insights for a diverse client portfolio
Work closely with the Partners on a variety of advisory engagements
Oversee quarterly management reporting requirements
Liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients where required
Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support business development
Review and reconcile investment balances on a quarterly basis
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
4-7+ years' experience within Business Services/Tax
CA ANZ qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a senior accounting or supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of Xero and/or MYOB AE
Exposure to clients across a range of industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
