An exciting opportunity has become available for a fulltime (4 days per week!) paralegal to join our First Tier Doyles firm, the largest family law firm on the Downs.
The Role:
To accommodateour growing business, we are looking for a fulltime paralegal to join our family law firm. This role will be providing high quality legal services to one of our Solicitors.
The role will be varied including the following key responsibilities:
Day to day file management and organising electronic and physical case files ensuring all relevant documents are collected, saved and appropriately maintained;
Liaising with clients in person, via email and over the phone to gather necessary information and provide them with support;
All forms of client correspondence;
Brief collating, court document drafting, amendment and management;
Proactive diary management and meeting coordination;
Working collaboratively with other legal assistants across the team;
Working autonomously however havinga willingness to assist and support other team members;
Meeting and exceeding client expectations;
Requirements:




Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
A high level of motivation and enthusiasm;
An extremely high level of focus and attention to detail;
A team player attitude;
Strong organisational skills.

Experience:
We would prefer a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Salary negotiable and will reflect experience and ability.
