Resolver Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties. You will manage leasing, inspections and landlord communications, supported by an experienced team, with autonomy and no trust accounting.
Reporting to the Director, you'll deliver end-to-end portfolio management while upholding high service standards for landlords and tenants in a well-established agency.
