HammondCare in Western Sydney is seeking a Home Care Worker on a casual basis to support older people in their homes.
You must be available to work on Monday, Friday and any other day from 7am start to adaptable end time or 2pm start to finish time 8 pm.
You should be comfortable traveling within the local area.
