The Role:
As a
StoreAssociate
, you will help create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. This isa great opportunityto build valuable retail skills and grow your career in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
Providing exceptional service at shopfloor, fittingrooms and checkouts.
Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previousexperience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential. As opportunities may arise across this area, you should be able to travel to the stores listed above asrequired.
Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
