Leap Centre in Frenchs Forest, NSW, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the OT department as Clinical Lead. This role blends clinical paediatric practice with strategic leadership and team mentorship.

You will coach therapists, drive KPI achievement, coordinate school holiday programs, supervise clinical development, and maintain a reduced caseload to stay hands-on while guiding the team.
