Position Descriptor:
Willunga Preschool is seeking a Preschool Teacher for either a full time (1.0 FTE) appointment or two part-time appointments (0.5 FTE each). Please indicate your preferred working fraction in your application.

As a Preschool Teacher at Willunga Preschool, you will work as part of a small, collaborative team to deliver high-quality play-based learning that inspires curiosity, supports wellbeing and helps every child flourish. Willunga Preschool is a welcoming Department for Education preschool where relationships are at the centre of everything we do. Our curriculum embraces play-based, inquiry-led learning, children's agency and nature pedagogy. We create intentional indoor and outdoor learning environments where children can explore, investigate and connect with nature.

The successful applicant will:
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning programs.
- Use observation, documentation and assessment to inform curriculum planning.
- Create intentional learning environments that promote curiosity,



creativity and children's agency.
- Support children's wellbeing, inclusion and participation.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Reflect collaboratively to continually improve practice.

We are seeking an educator who values children's agency, nature play, inclusive practice and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
