BFT Keilor is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivating casual/part-time coach to join our team!
As a Coach at BFT Keilor, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching high-energy group classes
- Engaging with members and creating an incredible training atmosphere
- Providing technique correction and individual support
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
- Opening and/or closing the studio as needed
- Bringing positivity, energy, and encouragement to every session
The type of coach we are looking for:

- Works well within a team
- Loves inspiring others and delivering a world-class training experience
You must obtain:
- Cert III & IV in Fitness
- Current CPR & First Aid
- Previous group training experience (bonus if within the BFT Network)
- Experience with content creation for social media
- Experience in driving membership sales and growth
