The Trustee for the Grampians Trust in Sydney NSW is seeking trade-qualified chefs for 4–8 week contracts across resorts, hotels and pubs. You will join a 10+ person kitchen team, work fine dining and a la carte service, and have travel arranged across Australia.
Candidates should have 3–5 years' experience, a solid work ethic, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a small team. You will be paid for every hour worked, with accommodation and meals on shift provided.
