Head of Brand, Marketing & Customer Engagement - Rural

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

We're seeking a commercially minded agricultural professional who understands farmers, rural distribution and how value is created throughout the agricultural supply chain.

Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing – Rural, you will:

- Lead brand and customer engagement strategy
- Drivecustomer insights and voice-of-customer programs
- Support new product launches.
- Build distributor and farmer engagement.
- Lead digital marketing and CRM programmes.
- Develop a high-performing marketing team.




- Contribute to Rural Leadership Team strategy.
- Strongagricultural industry experience.
- Deep understanding of farming systems.
- Knowledge of rural distribution channels.
- Strategic thinking capability.
