What you’ll do

- Manage and mentor a team of allied health professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Drive operational performance and implement strategies for growth in the region.

Requirements





- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the allied health sector.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational targets.

Nice to have

- Experience in multi-site management or working with diverse health disciplines.

Skills & tools

- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using health management software and data analysis tools.
