Key Responsibilities

Listing & Prospecting

Drive consistent lead generation, build relationships with potential vendors, secure new listings and identify off-market opportunities.

Provide vendors and buyers with clear, confident advice around market conditions, pricing, campaign strategy and buyer behaviour.

Appraisals & Market Advice

Conduct property appraisals,



prepare market recommendations and guide clients through the best strategy to achieve a premium result.

Manage inspections, buyer follow-up, offers, contract negotiations and campaigns through to successful settlement.

Campaign Execution

Work with our internal team to deliver high-quality property marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, database and local channels.

Nurture long-term relationships with vendors, buyers, past clients and referral networks to create ongoing business opportunities.

Brand Representation

Represent RT Edgar Bellarine with professionalism, warmth and confidence, while upholding the premium service standards expected across our brand.

Desired Skills & Experience

A proven track record in residential real estate sales is required. Experience in coastal, lifestyle, acreage or prestige markets will be highly regarded.

Local Market Knowledge
