Milwaukee Tools is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our state-of-the-art DC in Tullamarine, Melbourne. You will lead afternoon shift teams across picking, replenishment and dispatch, ensuring accurate and effective order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality.
You will train staff on MLS-WMS and SAP EWM, manage labour, monitor KPIs, and work with Inventory to resolve discrepancies. A hands-on leader who motivates teams and drives continuous improvement is essential.
