Events & Marketing Coordinator (9-month maternity leave cover)

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team atOfficer on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave (9 months).

You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering events, sponsorships, whilst supportingcommunications, content and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, variedrole that allows you to use your imagination and continue driving our brand.

Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate sponsored events & portfolios across Australia and New Zealandincluding targeting, negotiating, timelines, budgets and content andmeasurement on ROI
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns across allplatforms
- Create, schedule and manage EDMs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project trackers and key deadlines
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, shared folders and internal documentation
- Management and maintenance of the websites including but not limited to product descriptions, images, content, branding and functionality updates
- Coordinate the creation, delivery and briefing of marketing point of sale acrossretail and digital touchpoints
- Manage day to day updates across Hygain’s digital platforms
- Assist with implementing marketing initiatives that support business growth




- Work with the Brand Manager on developing and execution of the marketing plan and budget as required
- Administer and maintain the company’s sales system ‘Hubspot’ and provide ongoing training to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

About you

To succeed in the role, you will require:

- Experience in events coordination
- Experience in marketing coordination and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content creation, copywriting and graphic design skills
- Proficiency with using marketing software to build EDMs, landing pages, journeys and events
- Strong understanding of branding and consistent marketing communications
- Experience with CRM platform Hubspot - highly advantageous
- Experience with Shopify - highly advantageous
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience assisting with marketing plans, campaigns and budget management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
