Our client is a large and growing business specialising in large‑scale townhouse developments , with individual projects typically consisting of 80‑100 townhouses . With multiple projects spanning from Ipswich through to Logan , they are looking to add experienced residential Carpenters to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Carpenter who enjoys being on the tools but is also looking to take the next step in their career, with a genuine pathway into a Builder/Foreman role for the right person.

You will be working across large‑scale residential townhouse developments, with a strong focus on framing and cladding .

What You'll Be Doing

- Residential carpentry across large‑scale townhouse developments
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Cladding
- General carpentry and finishing works
- Working alongside site teams to deliver high‑quality projects
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety

What You'll NeedTo be successful, you must have:

- Cert III or higher in Carpentry
- Full Australian working rights
- White Card
- Full set of your own carpentry tools
- Reliable transport




- Solid residential carpentry experience
- Experience with framing and cladding
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What's On Offer

- $45‑$50 per hour + Super , depending on experience
- Full‑time permanent employment directly with our client
- Fuel allowance card may be negotiated depending on experience
- Multiple projects across the Ipswich‑Logan corridor
- Predominantly on‑the-tools position
- Genuine opportunity to progress into a Builder/Foreman role
- Long‑term opportunity with an established residential developer

The successful candidate will initially complete a 1‑2 week trial period on a labour hire arrangement through Core Talent.

Following a successful trial period, you will transition directly into full‑time employment with our client .
