Duratec Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to guide safety, quality and risk across multiple business units in NSW. You will report to the South East Health and Safety Manager and collaborate with the NSW State Manager and regional Operations managers.

You will drive governance, build capability, and embed a culture of safety and operational excellence, leading a team of HSEQ advisors and influencing at all levels of the business.
