Specsavers Victoria Gardens is seeking an experienced Optical leader to join our full time team. You’ll lead a team of 17, with 4-6 on the shop floor daily, drive performance, KPIs, and provide confident leadership to deliver outstanding customer service.
This Store Manager role includes rostering, training, budgeting, and working with the Retail Director to ensure smooth daily operations. We offer an $800 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate and opportunities to grow within Specsavers.
