Key Responsibilities
- Managing motel reception and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Handling bookings (phone, online, and walk-ins)
- Assisting with restaurant operations ( RSA required)
- Housekeeping coordination and quality control
- Providing friendly customer service to guests

- Robust work ethic and willingness to help in different areas
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
