About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Events Producer to lead the delivery of the ABC's flagship events across Australia.

Reporting to the Corporate Events Manager , you'll take ownership of planning and delivering a diverse portfolio of in-person, online and hybrid events. Working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and teams across the ABC, you'll ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of events
- Managing event logistics, budgets, timelines and suppliers
- Coordinating production, AV, livestreaming and staging
- Preparing event communications, briefings and production documentation
- Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders




- Managing multiple projects while identifying and mitigating event risks

This role requires occasional evening and weekend work, along with interstate travel.

About You

You're an experienced events professional who thrives on delivering complex, high-profile events. You're confident working autonomously, balancing multiple priorities and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

- Extensive experience delivering corporate, stakeholder or large-scale events
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing suppliers, budgets and procurement
- A high-level understanding of event production, including AV and livestreaming
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail
