We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team at our Perth Head Office in a Full-Time capacity.

Responsibilities

About the Role

- Responsible for the digital presence of multiple brands across a diverse range of industries.
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email marketing and website channels.
- Manage website content, product launches and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practice.
- Drive SEO/SEM initiatives and ongoing optimisation to improve visibility, engagement and conversion performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars, including planning, content creation, community engagement and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and global stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Switzerland.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Digital Marketing role (minimum 5 years).
- Highly proficient in digital campaign delivery, paid search, SEO and digital optimisation.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels.




- Data-driven, with experience analysing digital performance and turning insights into action.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Experience with website CMS platforms such as Shopify, Neto Maropost, Craft CMS or similar.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, digital marketing tools and campaign reporting.
- Familiarity with AI applications in digital marketing and a genuine interest in ongoing learning.
- Solid organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to create digital assets using design tools such as Canva or similar (desirable but not essential).
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma – Digital Marketing or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
