Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of outstanding Facility Management Services for a healthcare client in Herston Quarter. You will perform planned maintenance, repairs and inspections, ensuring high hygiene standards in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include urgent and scheduled maintenance, KPI reporting, safety compliance, and on-call duties. A trade qualification in plumbing, a manual driving licence, and experience in building services are
